Coronovirus (Covid-19) – Shop Customers

Our shop in Chislehurst continues to operate as normal (open Tues – Sat 10.00 until 17.00), and we would love to see you there. We do not see this changing, but please keep an eye on our website and Facebook page for the latest information. However, in the interests of our customers and staff, we have decided (with the help of Government advice) to implement the following:

1. Limit the number of customers in the shop at any one time in order to comply with the current guidance on social distancing. Please follow staff requests on this.

• To help prevent cross contamination from surfaces, customers will no longer be allowed to “help themselves”. A member of staff will become your “personal shopper” and assemble your list of goods for you. All you then have to do is pay.

• Customers will no longer be allowed to use the toilet facilities on the premises.

• Paws Naturally staff are following a strict “hand hygiene regime” and we have instigated regular wipes of all surfaces as well as deep (steam) cleaning of the entire premises on a regular basis.

We are sure that we can rely upon the support of our wonderful customers in doing our best to try and protect our staff and themselves in these challenging times.
