Coronovirus (Covid-19) – Local Deliveries

Paws Naturally continues to deliver to our local customers, and at this time we are confident that we can maintain this service throughout (and until the end) of this current emergency. We will try to keep you updated as best as possible if things change. Once you have placed your order online, the following protocol will apply:

1. We will text you a time slot in the normal manner. Please be patient with us, as we are expecting a much increased level of demand for this service, so we will do our best to get to you as soon as possible. All our customers are important to us, and we always work equally as hard to provide a great service for everyone.
2. We will arrive at your premises and ring/knock. We will then hand over the delivery from a safe distance on the door-step/ Under no circumstances will we enter your property at this time.
3. If you wish to return the box to us for re-use / re-cycling then we will wait outside and stand at a safe distance while you empty your goods.
4. If you are self-isolating or in a “lock-down” situation then please call us, so that we can make arrangements to make a safe delivery to you, in the manner that you wish.
