Coronavirus (Covid 19) Update

We are obviously in unprecedented times, with the country in a situation that has not been seen before and one that is also changing rapidly. As soon as we send this message it could well be out of date. However, as of now, Paws Naturally is operating normally. There is no change or restriction to our shop opening times and services. We are still shipping deliveries as normal – both local (in our van) and nationwide (by DPD). As of this moment, we do not see that changing, but we will of course keep you updated as best we can.

Our aim is to serve our customers in as normal a way as possible, throughout this period of emergency, with no interruption to our normal services. However, this might be affected by staff illness (both at Paws Naturally and our suppliers) or instructions from local authorities or Government etc. We are putting in place internal measures to ensure continuity of service and we are always in close contact with our major suppliers and there is currently no problem with supply or delivery.

Please note that we are doing our best in taking care to protect our staff and our customers and we would ask that our customers take the same care when visiting us in the shop.

Please keep safe and free from illness and we will update you regularly, especially if and when things change
