We can deliver all our products to you Nationwide.
£3.95 – Nationwide – non frozen products.
£3.95 – Local area – frozen products (see below).
£5.75 – Nationwide – frozen products.
(Please note that we send our Nationwide frozen products deliveries with DPD, and our shipping days are Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday only – to comply with their frozen shipment rules).
Dry goods are usually delivered by Royal Mail. For frozen products, delivery methods vary. We deliver frozen goods to a wide local area (in London and the South East), using our own transport and at a time and place that works for you. Please contact us for details. For deliveries of frozen food to other areas we use DPD for a next day to your door service. Also – if you are new to natural raw feeding please feel free to call us for guidance and advice at any time.
Please note that the minimum order value for frozen food delivery is £25. This ensures there is enough in the delivery to allow it to stay frozen until it reaches your freezer.
Simply place your order on-line and we will do the rest.
If you prefer – you can order by e-mail, telephone or by calling into the shop. Please contact us if you have any questions or special requests, and we will be very happy to discuss your requirements.
We also offer a FREE Click & Collect service. Simply place your order on-line, select the Click & Collect option, and we will have your order picked and ready for you to collect from our shop in Chislehurst, within 4 business hours (usually much less).
Delivery Charges:
All “Local” Deliveries
We make a flat rate delivery charge of £3.95 on all orders. So the more you order – the better the value.
Our local frozen delivery service (using our own transport) is arranged for a time that hopefully suits you. It is enhanced by a full text alert system, to ensure that your delivery arrives when you want, when you are in, and most importantly in the best possible condition.
Local Deliveries are classified as addresses in the following postcodes:
BR1, BR2, BR5, BR6, BR7, DA5, DA14, DA15, SE9, TN13 & TN14
In general we deliver to these areas as follows:
DA5, DA14, DA15 – Tuesday
BR1, BR2, BR5, BR6, BR7, SE9, TN13 & TN14 – Wednesday or Thursday
Nationwide “non-frozen” Deliveries
We make a flat rate delivery charge of £3.95 on all orders. So the more you order – the better the value. We use DPD for these deliveries
Nationwide (non-local) Frozen Deliveries
(Please note that we send our Nationwide Frozen Deliveries with DPD, and our shipping days are Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday only – to comply with their frozen shipment rules).
Please note that the minimum order value for frozen food delivery is £25
For frozen food deliveries outside our “local area” we use the DPD Next Day Service. The charge for this service is just £5.75
£5.75 is all we charge, no matter how big your order. So – the more you order the better the value you get.
N.B. DPD offers a first class delivery service, which includes such features as a text alert system that will give you an expected delivery time slot for your order. This allows you to go out during the day of your delivery, rather than having to stay in all day (like most of the other carriers). In addition the “safe place” option (which can be “in the porch” or “with a neighbour”, etc.), which you must enter when placing your order, will allow the DPD driver to leave the delivery without a signature. This ensures that your order can be delivered within 24 hours, and that the food can be safely in your freezer while it is still in the best condition. Please note that the DPD system also allows you to re-arrange delivery for another day. Obviously – as this is frozen food, it is best that it is in your freezer the day after leaving Paws Naturally. In the unlikely event that you select this option on a frozen food shipment (and DPD allow it) then we accept no responsibility for any defrosted frozen products that you receive.
Please note that there are a very small number of areas of the UK where we cannot offer frozen food delivery. Our system should prevent an order being placed if one of these areas are selected – however, we do reserve the right to cancel any order placed, where we do not feel able to deliver our product to the customer in a good condition. We hope you understand this.
Please note that due to the “next day delivery” requirement, the last shipping day of the week with DPD is Thursday. This allows your order to be delivered on Friday. We do not offer a weekend delivery service with DPD. However, “local” customers can request weekend (as well as evening) deliveries. We will try to accommodate any reasonable requests wherever possible.
