Coronovirus (Covid-19) – Nationwide Deliveries

Paws Naturally continues to deliver to our nationwide customers, and at this time we are confident that we can maintain this service throughout (and until the end) of this current emergency. We will try to keep you updated as best as possible if things change. Once you have placed your order online you will receive an automated acknowledgement by e-mail. We will endeavour  to ship your order within 24 hours (shipping days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) but if it is going to be longer than 24 hours then we will send you a text to indicate when the order will be shipped. Therefore it is important to provide us with a mobile number (and a “safe place”) when you place your order. Please be patient with us, as we are expecting a much increased level of demand for this service, so we will do our best to ship to you as soon as possible. All our customers are important to us, and we always work equally as hard to provide a great service for everyone.

Nationwide deliveries will continue to be handled by DPD (who have always provided a wonderful service to us). We have had assurances from them that their service will continue at a high standard throughout this emergency period. Texts from Paws Naturally and DPD will ensure that you have a continuous flow of information regarding your delivery.

If you are self-isolating please ensure that you inform us when you place your order. We can then clearly mark your boxes, so that the DPD driver can leave the delivery in your designated “safe place” without making contact with you. You should then get a text from DPD to confirm that the goods have been left in your “safe place”.
