Paws Naturally has been trading for over 10 years, and we have been delivering pet food all that time. The list of happy Paws Naturally customers continues to grow. Every week we deliver frozen food and other items from Lands End to John O’ Groats, the length and breadth of the nation. As well as being totally professional with great communications and shipping notifications, we also offer the most friendly and flexible service possible.

 

If you live in the area of the shop (roughly within a 10 mile radius, but we can go much further) we will deliver your order using our own van and Paws Naturally driver. We cannot promise the driver will turn up in a chauffeur’s hat, but in every other way your delivery will be treated as a VIP (Very Important Provisions).

 

We make a delivery to all the local areas on a weekly basis, so you never have to wait long. In fact, if you time your order right you can receive your delivery within just a few hours.

 

For deliveries outside our “local area” we use DPD. Shipments leave us on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday every week. With DPD’s 24-hour service you can receive your order within as little as a day of thinking about it.

 

Our close relationship with DPD helps us to ensure a great service for you. The delivery problem rate is miniscule (less than 1%), and any issues are usually resolved very quickly, with the Paws Naturally Team working directly with DPD.

 

Paws Naturally considers all it’s customers to be important. High service levels apply to everyone. So – we can offer various options to you if you want us to deliver to your door.

You can even use our Click & Collect service if you do not have much time. Simply click on XXXXXX to place your order and we can have your order ready to collect when you arrive. Please call us 20 mins before you arrive to ensure everything is ready for you. We will even deliver the order to your car if that helps.
