Update 21.12.20

Over the weekend the Government has created yet more new Covid rules, and we now find ourselves in Tier 4. While this severely restricts our personal freedoms, we are glad to say that Paws Naturally can carry on operating as normal. We are classed as “essential retail”, and as such we can continue to operate as “normal”. All our services (shop inside, shop from our door, click & collect, local and nationwide deliveries) remain un-changed. We have been lucky in that this has been the case throughout this awful year, but our hearts go out to all those businesses that have not been so lucky. If you visit the shop, our existing rules will still apply. You will be asked to wear a face mask (or be served at the door) and to hand sanitise upon entry. We will expect you to observe socially distancing rules in the shop and in busy times you may be asked to wait outside if the shop gets too busy. Essentially, nothing changes for us. The Paws Naturally team will continue to be here for you, and help to fulfil all your dog and cat needs in the best and safest way possible.
