Paws Naturally Update

Like all small businesses we are trying to keep up with the constantly changing situation in this mad new world. Since March we have stayed open and continued to offer the best service possible within the guidelines at the time. Our first priority has always been to the safety of our staff and our customers, and that continues. The shop is now operating a “no mask – no entry” policy. No exceptions. A simple and clear rule. Maybe others could follow our lead. At the same time we can offer a personal service at the shop door, click & collect, as well as a local and national delivery service. We hope that should cover everyone’s needs – and I am sure that we can rely on the continued support and co-operation from all our wonderful customers, both regular and new. Together we can get through this and we can keep your pets supplied with the best food possible.
