A New World

Yesterday was the first day that we operated in this new world of ours. I was amazed that it went so well. The Click & Collect worked well at the shop and I think the more strict “social distancing” rules were also a success. Thank you to all our customers who responded so well and co-operated with the new measures. Thanks also to Karen for her hard work behind the scenes. Our delivery service was inundated with orders, but we did pretty well in getting most orders out within the day (and most of the night). One customer was amazed to get her local delivery within 2 hours of placing the order. Please continue to help us to help you. We can get through this together – and keep your dogs and cats healthy & happy.
