Covid 19 Update

Further to last weeks update, let me fill you in on the last 7 days at Paws Naturally. The shop remains open as normal. Everyone who comes in the shop must wear a mask and use our new hand sanitising station (which is getting rave reviews from lots of you). We are occasionally having to limit the number of people in the shop at any one time to allow social distancing, but this is working well. Some people are choosing to use our Click & Collect service, which is simple to use from www.pawsnaturally.co.uk and you can collect safely from the front door.

The shop was very busy with signs of extra stocking up going on with some customers. We also saw a large surge in orders for delivery (both local and nationwide), however with some late night local deliveries by your friendly Paws Naturally driver and the help of the fantastic people at DPD we were able to fulfil all orders throughout the UK. Transfers from our offsite storage freezer went into overdrive, but we coped with the surge in demand. Large deliveries continue to arrive into us daily from our suppliers, with no shortages or problems (other than rabbit) from any of them. So there is plenty of food for all your dogs and cats.
